INGREDIENTS
- Greengram dhal - 1/4 cup
- Mustard - 1/tsp.
- Thur dhal - 1/2tsp.
- Salt - 1/2 tsp.
- feenel seeds powder - 1/2 tsp.
- Garlic smashed - 2 cloves.
- Fenugreek - 1/2 tsp.
- Asafoetida - a bit
- Green chillies -3
- Lime - 1/2
METHOD OF PREPARATION
- Cook greengram dhal until very soft.
- Don't use pressure cooker for cooking. Cook in a vessel.
- Season with mustard , thur dhal, fenugreek, asafoetida, sombu powder, smashed garlic and green ghillies.
- Add salt and curry leaves.
- Stir well and remove from the fire.
- Add lime juice.
- Serve hot with chappathies.
