rice noodles

ingredients

  • Boiled rice - 100 gms.
  • Egg or Plain noodles - 100 gms.
  • Carrot - 50 gms.
  • Cabage - 50 gms.
  • Salt - to taste.
  • Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp.
  • Curry and coriander leaves for garnishing.
  • Oil - 5 tsp.

method of preparation

  • Boil the noodles in a hot boiling water for 5 minutes.
  • After 5 minutes drain out the water.
  • wash the noodles using cold water and take from the water.
  • Pour 5 tsp. of oil in a pan and add carrot, cabage and curry leaves.
  • Saute for 5 minutes. Now take out half a quantity of sauted vegetables and keep aside.
  • Now add garam masala powder, soya sauce to the remaining vegetables.
  • Saute for 2 minutes now add the noodles and fry for 2 minutes and keep aside.
  • Take another pan and add the remaining sauted vegetables, coriander leaves, salt and boiled rice.
  • Fry for 3 minutes.
  • Take a bowl and add the noodles 1 ladder and rice 1 ladder.
  • Mix all the rice and noodles together.
  • And serve hot with sauce and cauliflower pakoda.
