diet for weight loss
To get weight loss by nature use papaya in your daily diet. Don't use papaya fruit. Use raw papaya vegetable. Here are some recipes of raw papaya.
- Papaya (raw vegetable)- 1 small size
- Green gram - 100 gm
- Green chillies - 2
- Onion - 1 medium size (chopped)
- Tomato - 1 small size (chopped)
- Sambar powder - 1/4 tsp
- Sombu powder - 1/2 tsp.
- Mustard - 1/2 tsp.
- Black gram - 1/2 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp.
- Curry and coriander leaves
method of preparation
Cut the papaya into small pieces.
In a pan pour some oil and add mustard, black gram, sombu powder and onion.
Fry until the onion becomes brown now add the papaya and tomato. Fry for 2 - 3 minutes.
Now wash green gram and add to the vegetable. Add 1/2 a cup of water, salt and turmeric powder.
Cook this in a pressure cooker for 7 minutes. Garnish with curry and coriander leaves.
This can be served with rice, chappati etc.
