Cut the vegetables into small pieces and boil with salt. Pour 4 tsp. of oil in a pan and add cardamom, cinnamon and cloves. Now add the onion (sliced) fry for 5 minutes.
Then add ginger garlic paste and green chillies and fry for 2 - 3 minutes. Now add boiled vegetables, coconut milk and garam masala. Add water to get the required consistency. Keep simmer for 10 minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot with idiyappam and appam.
