aval kesari
INGREDIENTS
- Aval - 1 cup
- Sugar - 1 and a half cup.
- Coconut - 4 tsp. (grated)
- Ghee - 2 tsp.
- Cardomom -2
- Kesari powder
METHOD OF PREPARATIOn
- Add a tsp. of ghee and fry aval. Add 1/2 cup of water and cook well.
- When aval is cooked well, add sugar, ghee, cardomom powder.
- Mix the kesari powder in a little milk and add.
- Stir well. When the mixture leaves the sides, add the fried cahewnuts.
- Remove from the fire.
