INGREDIENTS
- Raw rice flour - 1 cup
- Ghee - 2 tsp.
- Onion - 1 big size
- Green chillies - 3
- Grated coconut - 4 tsp.
- Coconut bits - 2 tsp.
- Bengalgram - 2tsp.
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp.
- Curry leaves.
- Salt - to taste.

METHOD OF PREPARATIOn
- Take 1 cup of raw rice flour and add 1/2 cup of hot boiling water and salt.
- Stir well to avoid lumps.
- In a pan pour 4 tsp. of oil and add mustard seeds, bengalgram.
- After the bengalgram gets fried add finely chopped onion, green chillies and curry leraves to it.
- Fry for 5 minutes.
- Now add this to the rice flour and stir well.
- Roll into balls of oval shape and cook in an idli cooker.
- Red chillies also be added if necessary.
- Brown rice flour can also be used to prepare kozhukattai.
