paneer - mushroom bajji


  • Mushroom - 200 gms.
  • Paneer - 150 gms.
  • Cashewnut - 50 gms.
  • Ground nut (pea nut) - 25t gms.
  • Maida - 150 gms.
  • salt - 3/4 tsp.
  • corn flour - 75 gms.
  • Bread powder - 250 gms
  • eggs -2
  • Asafoetida - a bit
  • Ghee - 2 tsp.

method of preparation

Wash the Mushroom and take off the center stem.

Scrap the paneer using the scraper.

Grind the groundnut and cashew nut into coarse powder.

Add scraped paneer to this powder and make a mixture.

Take a bowl and beat the eggs well.

Add Maida, corn flour, bread powder, ghee and salt to the beaten eggs.

If necessary add some water to get bajji mix consistency.

Fill the mixture (ground nut and cashew nut & paneer) into the center part of the mushroom.

Make all the mushrooms filled with the mixture.

Take an oil pan and heat oil.

Take one by one filled mushroom and dip into the bajji mix which has already prepared.

Fry the dipped mushrooms in the oil till golden brown exists.
