chicken cutlet


  • Boneless chopped chicken - 1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp.
  • Rice flour - 4 tsp.
  • Egg - 1.
  • Chilly powder - 1 tsp.
  • Chicken masala - 1/2 tsp.
  • Salt as required
  • Rusk powder or bread crumbs - 1cup
  • Sunflower oil - as required for deep fry.

method of preparation

  • Wash the chopped chicken properly and soak in a 2 tsp. of curd for 1/2 an hour.
  • Again wash the chopped chicken and drain out the water.
  • Pressure cook for 1 whistle.
  • Add ginger garlic paste, salt, rice flour, chilly powder and chicken masala powder to the chopped chicken.
  • Mix well and set them aside for 2 hours.
  • Take a pan and pour oil to fry.
  • Beat the egg in a bowl.
  • Take chopped and soaked chicken and flatten it into a small circle shape, dip in a beateb egg and then in a rusk powder on both sides and deep fry to a reddish brown colour.
  • This can be served as a evening snacks and children like this type of chicken cutlet very much.
  • Seve hot with tomato kechup.
